The Hague has more than 111,000 hectares of dune areas, parks and estates. Situated between Marlot and the Haagse Bos lies the Louwman Museum. The Louwman Museum in The Hague houses the worlds oldest private collection of automobiles, brought together by two generations of the Louwman family. The foundation was laid as early as 1934 and the collection now comprises more than two hundred and fifty antique and classic automobiles. Activities for children at the Louwman Museum The Hague
Children do not have to be bored in the museum. Through a scavenger hunt, children learn about the history of the automobile in a fun way. The Louwman Museum also has a special interactive game for children between 8 and 14 years old: 'The Louwman Mystery'. The Louwman Mystery is a scavenger hunt in which participants follow the adventures of Palle, Sanne and their two parents. In the end, six objects must be found in the museum, which can only be discovered by answering the questions from the game correctly. Once all six objects have been found, a prize will be waiting at the reception.
Visitor information
