Book a meeting and surprise and inspire your guests during a meeting or event in the unique setting of the Louwman Museum with fully catered packages.
For groups of 10 to 40 people, the Louwman Museum uses fixed rates. You can choose a morning, afternoon or full day. Prices always include room rental, standard facilities such as WiFi, projector or screen, sound system and flip chart. Guests can always use the (unattended) cloakroom and of course they can also visit the museum collection. Our meeting rooms can be booked from Tuesday to Friday.
Morning package from 09:00 to 13:00
Includes unlimited coffee, espresso, Monin syrups, tea and mineral water. Water dispensers with delicious syrups from Sapinca, crates of fresh hand fruit and a variety of fresh sweet treats. We serve lunch on Museumplein and it consists of an assortment of delicious sandwiches and focaccia with tuna salad, mortadella, aged cheese and hummus. Homemade changing soup, Pinsa Romana Margherita, milk, mineral water and juices from Schulp. Morning package: EUR 57.00 excl. VAT per person. Lunch: EUR 22.50 excl.
