
Lithograph on paper Geo Ham (Georges Hamel) was a French painter and illustrator. In 1918 he studied at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs and in 1931 Ham was appointed Official Peintre de l'Air. Ham's illustrations featuring automobiles, motorcycles, airplanes and boats are famous for their clean, simple lines and his eye for detail. His works were shown in L'Illustration (the first international illustrated magazine in France).
