AWVN Annual Conference 2013 at the Louwman Museum

On Tuesday 8 October, the AWVN annual conference 2013 took place at the Louwman Museum

Under the energetic leadership of moderator Rens de Jong from BNR. The title of the conference and the theme of the afternoon was 'Away from the crisis'. Representatives from the polder – government, employers and employees in the Netherlands – spoke about the question of how we can move away from the crisis.

Before the program, guests had the opportunity to visit the collection of automobiles at the Louwman Museum. This opportunity was certainly taken! Unique that day was also the fact that there was a live broadcast by BNR news radio.

In total, the Louwman Museum was able to welcome around 400 people that day. To accommodate the theater’s excess capacity, as its maximum capacity is 339 seats, several screens were set up in the Great Hall. From the seats there, it was possible to follow the entire program taking place in the theater.

The day ended with a drink and delicious meal-replacing snacks provided by our in-house caterer House of Lords.
