Independence Day 2025

This year, the American embassy celebrated Independence Day at the Louwman Museum, literally right next door across the street.

The celebration brought together ambassadors, diplomats and invited guests for a festive evening full of speeches, music and encounters. In the Great Hall, guests enjoyed a reception with an American touch, followed by a convivial gathering on Museumplein.

A special moment to pause together and reflect on the history and values of the United States, in a place that itself tells the story of the history of mobility and innovation.
