With nine special rooms, the museum offers all the facilities needed to host a corporate event. Whether it is a multi day conference in the impressive Theater, a dinner in the imposing Great Hall or a party on the lively Museum Square.

Everything you need for an unforgettable event

The Louwman Museum offers high quality facilities for multi day conferences and corporate events, including a theater with 335 seats and several breakout rooms. The venue can host receptions and parties for up to 1,000 guests and dinners for up to 700 guests, with access to the museum collection always included. Thanks to its location directly on the A44, its own parking facilities and a bus stop right outside the door, accessibility is excellent.

Custom events

For events of 40 people or more, we create a customized proposal. The event managers of the Louwman Museum put together the ideal combination of spaces, required technology, and catering to make your event a great success.

Network of selected partners

The Louwman Museum works together with a select group of regular partners who know the museum inside out. For example, Select Catering is the in house caterer of the Louwman Museum. Like no one else, they can bring traditional craftsmanship and service back into contemporary dishes and service. Rena Productions is our partner in the field of entertainment, film and AV. And for styling, furniture, decoration, hospitality and hostess services, a dedicated team is also at your disposal.

Included facilities

For all events, a visit to the museum is included. The (unattended) cloakroom, your own duty manager, and final cleaning are also always included. A number of rooms are already equipped as standard with audiovisual equipment and furniture. The temperature is constant in all areas and there is free wifi. For a combination of spaces, a customized proposal will be made.
