Kossuth & Cie Paris

Paolo Henri was a French painter and lithographer. Here we see a lady in uniform writing in a little book as she talks to a well-dressed elegant lady who is out and about on her bicycle. Another elegant passer by seems to be listening in on their conversation and in the background we see an automobile. One can safely assume that the lady on the bicycle is receiving a traffic fine of sorts for her possibly incorrect conduct on the road. The interesting thing about this poster is that it is a specimen or example lithographic print by the printing house Kossuth & Cie Paris.
