THE MUSEUM AND THE COLLECTION
The whole museum will be at your disposal. Not just the rooms, but also a tour of our special collection is part of the evening. Also included are wardrobe, security, cleaning and all necessary staff.
DECORATIONS AND FURNISHINGS
The Great Hall will be fully decorated and furnished. A cozy central bar forms a focal point, with a variety of bar tables and luxury lounge corners. The large Christmas trees are real eye-catchers, and the accessories, the flowers and pretty table decorations also help create a warm atmosphere.
The entire culinary experience and drinks are included in the price. From a reception with cava and table snacks to a buffet dinner with served dishes. Various live cooking stations will surprise your guests with seasonal dishes. There will be a flammkuchen taster, a carving station and fish a la plancha. And last but not least, the Italian ice cream cart.
All audiovisual equipment is present. The walls of the Great Hall are fitted with atmospheric lighting and the bar and stage are well illuminated. A sound installation is available for background music or for speeches. One technician will be present to make sure everything goes as planned.

Taste our delicious canapes, inspired by the season. These canapés consist of a nice mix of

There are many variations on the original recipe, both in terms of dough as toppings. Until the
rise of the pizza in the sixties, flammkuchen was a dish that was prepared mainly in rural areas.
There the flammkuchen was often used to test the heat of a wood- fired oven. The name of
the dish derives from this baking method. We top it with a mixture of crème fraîche and
different garnishes, including savory creations like:
• Polder Lobsters, tarragon, fine spring onion, roasted bell pepper and grated cheese
• Smoked chicken with zucchini, pine nuts and basil crème fraiche
• Green asparagus, sundried tomato, red onion and Parmesan

From our rotisserie our chef will serve Turkey roulade.

Tasting Fresh from the sea!
Our chef prepares the fish fresh on our hot plancha. The plancha is originally from Spain. The
Plancha works on gas and is therefore easy to place anywhere.
From the plancha our chef will serve:
Sea bass fillet baked on the skin, with stewed fennel, brandade and a Beurre blanc sauce

Puffed celeriac soup with chives and crispy shiitake, crispy pumpkin seeds and garden cress
