'Family Three' means that in this three wheeled car there is room for a family with two small children. It is also one of the few microcars with a body designed by a famous design studio: Michelotti. The bodywork is made of polyester. Engine manufacturer Henry Meadows starts building the Frisky in 1957 in Wolverhampton, England. The Frisky Family Three appears in 1958 and is fitted with a single cylinder, two stroke Villiers 9E motorcycle engine. Ownership and location of the factory change several times, and in 1962 production of cars stops. Frisky, at that time based in Sandwich, Kent, continues for another two years making parts.
